Minutes for the Village of Cerro Gordo
Special Meeting
March 22, 2010
7:00 PM.
A special meeting was held on March 22, 2010 with the
following members present: Mayor Lyle Shoraga, Trustees
Brad Williams, Dennis Ridgeway, Mick Tirpak, Ron Price,
P.C.Pat Carter, and Clerk Linda Ash. Trustee Seitz and
Allen were absent.
Vacation pay for Pat was needed for his two weeks, not
one week as requested in an earlier meeting. This is a
one time thing. Motion to approve two weeks instead of
one made by Trustee Ridgeway, second Tirpak. Roll call:
Trustees Williams, Ridgeway, Tirpak and Price, all yeas.
The authorization for ammunition has been taken care of.
Nancy Born would like to plant two trees in the common
area as a memorial. She can plan with the Public grounds
committee to coordinate the effort. Motion to move to
closed session 120/2 C-1 personnel at 7:07 pm made by
Trustee Price, second Tirpak, all yeas.
Regular session resumes at 8:46 and a motion to adjourn
was made by Trustee Ridgeway, Tirpak, all yeas.
