ORDINANCE NO. 380

 

 

            BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of

 

Cerro Gordo, THAT:

 

1.       Ordinance No. 326 entitled “SEWER RATE ORDINANCE” is hereby

 

amended as follows:

 

(a)    Section 5 and all amendments thereto are hereby deleted effective August

 

31, 1986.

 

2.      All ordinances and portions thereof in conflict with this ordinance are hereby

 

Repealed.

 

            PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the

 

Village of Cerro Gordo on the 18th day of August, 1986.

 

            This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its publication in the “Cerro

 

Gordo News”, a newspaper published weekly in Cerro Gordo, Illinois.
