ORDINANCE NO. 393

 

            BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF CERRO GORDO as follows:

 

            1.  No person shall operate a skateboard on the following specified streets in the Village of Cerro Gordo:

 

                        a.  On South Street between Jackson Street and Jefferson

                        Street;

 

                        b.  On Madison Street between South Street and Wait Street;

 

                        c.  On Wait Street between Madison Street and Monroe Street;

 

                        d.  On Monroe Street between South Street and Wait Street.

 

 

            2.  No personal shall operate a skateboard on the following enumerated sidewalks in the Village of Cerro Gordo:

 

                        a.  On the south side of South Street between Jackson Street

                        and Jefferson Street;

 

                        b.  On the west side of Monroe Street between North Street and

                        Wait Street;

 

                        c.  On the west side and east side of Madison Street between

                        South Street and Wait Street;

 

                        d.  On the north side of Wait Street between Madison Street

                        and Monroe Street.

 

 

            3.  Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than $25.00, nor more than $100.00 for the first offense; and not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 for any subsequent offense.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

            4.  This Ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after publication.

 

 

            THIS ORDINANCE was presented, approved and passed this 17^th day of April 1989.
