ORDINANCE NO. 396

 

            BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF CERRO GORDO that:

 

            1.  Subparagraph E is added to Paragraph 7.202 entitled “Stop Signs” as follows:

 

                        Entering Washington Street from Carter Street on the East;

                        and

 

                        Entering Carter Street from Washington Street on the

                        North.

 

            2.  For informational purposes, this Ordinance means that if you are going South on Washington Street, then you must stop at the intersection of Carter Street before proceeding; and it further means that if you are going West on Carter Street, then you must stop at the intersection of Washington and Carter Streets before proceeding.

 

            3.  This Ordinance will take effect twenty (20) days after its passage and publication as required by Statute.

 

            THIS ORDINANCE was presented, passed, and approved this 16^th day of October, 1989.
