ORDINANCE NO. 400

 

 

AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 4

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE

VILLAGE OF CERRO GORDO

 

            BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF CERRO GORDO, Piatt County, Illinois, THAT:

            SECTION I:  Article I of Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Cerro Gordo is hereby amended by adding a new paragraph to Paragraph 4.103 entitled “A” Residential District Use Regulations of said Code as follows:

 

                        “(j)  A new or used trailer may be temporarily set on a lot for a

            period not to exceed six months and utilities may be hooked up to said

            trailer.  It is expressly provided that no more than one trailer may be

            set on a lot more than once every five years.  A permit must be obtained

            by the Building Inspector in order to set up said trailer and said trailer

            must be removed on or prior to the expiration of said six months.”

 

 

            THIS ORDINANCE was presented, approved and passed this 5^th day of November, 1990, by aye and nay votes, wherein all the Trustees voted aye and said Trustees voting being more than three-fourths of the Trustees then holding office.

            APPROVED this 5^th day of November, 1990.
