ORDINANCE NO. 404

 

            BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF CERRO GORDO as follows:

            Beginning August 20, 1991, the following rates shall be applicable to building permits:

                        Five cents per square foot on any type of building permit

                        Whatsoever, except that on all buildings whatsoever

                        There shall be a minimum fee of $5.00 and except on

                        Single-family home permits, there shall be a maximum

                        fee of $100.00

 

            All provisions of all Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

            THIS ORDINANCE was presented, approved and passed on August 19, 1991, by aye and nay votes, at which time 6 Trustees voted aye and none voted nay and it is, therefore to be effective immediately.
