ORDINANCE NO. 410

 

 

            BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF CERRO GORDO as follows:

            Beginning January 1, 1993, the following water rates shall be applicable:

                        The minimum charge shall be $8.00 and this shall be for

                        1,500 gallons or less.

 

                        There shall be an additional charge for each 10 gallons

                        over 1,500 gallons, or a portion thereof, of 2-1/2 cents.

 

 

            THIS ORDINANCE was presented, approved and passed on December 7, 1992, by aye and nay votes, at which time all six (6) Trustees voted aye and none voted nay and is, therefore, to be immediately effective.
