ORDINANCE NUMBER 416

 

 

            BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF CERRO GORDO, Piatt County, Illinois, that “ARTICLE 2, Traffic” of Chapter 7, entitled “Public Safety” is hereby amended as follows:

            1.         There should be added to Paragraph “(A) Two Way Stop)” of Paragraph “7.202 Stop Signs” the following:

                        “13.  At the intersection of Madison and Hunt Streets, said

                        signs requiring a stop on Madison Street prior to entering

                        Hunt Street from either the north or the south”.

 

            2.         That there shall be added to Paragraph “(D) Three Way Stop” of

 

Paragraph “7.202 Stop Signs” the following:

           
                        “2.        At the intersection of Lincoln and Franklin

                        Streets”.

 

                        “3.        At the intersection of Bell and Abraham

                        Streets”.

 

            This Ordinance was presented, passed and approved this 19^th day of September, 1994, by “Yea” and “Nay” votes wherein all Trustees, six (6) in number, voting “Yea” and none voting “Nay” and shall take effect ten (10) days after same is published in the Cerro Gordo News, a newspaper located in Piatt County, Illinois.

            THIS ORDINANCE WAS PRESENTED, APPROVED AND PASSED this 19^th
