ORDINANCE NUMBER 420

 

 

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS

 

 

            BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF CERRO GORDO, Piatt County, Illinois, THAT:

            SECTION I:    Whereas, the Village of Cerro Gordo needs to appoint three members to the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Cerro Gordo; and,

 

            Whereas, by Statute the duly elected President of the Village of Cerro Gordo or in his absence, the President Pro Tem, shall be one of said members and shall be Chairman of said Board.

 

            Pursuant to said Statute, the duly elected President of the Village of Cerro Gordo, or in his absence, President Pro Tem, together with the duly appointed members of the Public Grounds Committee from time to time shall be the other two members of the Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Cerro Gordo, Illinois.

 

            SECTION II:   This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval.

 

            THIS ORDINANCE was presented, approved and passed this 19^th day of June, 1995, by aye and nay votes, wherein all the Trustees voted aye and said Trustees voting being more three-fourths of the Trustees then holding office.

 

            APPROVED this 19^th day of June, 1995.
