ORDINANCE NUMBER 424

 

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the

 

VILLAGE OF CERRO GORDO, Piatt County, Illinois, that ARTICLE 2, “Traffic and Parking” of Chapter 8, “Public Safety”, of the Code of Ordinances of 1995, is hereby amended as follows:

            1.  That there should be added to Paragraph “(C) One Way Stop” of said Article 2, the following:

                        “30.  Entering Jefferson Street from Meadowlane.

                         31.  Entering Orchard Street from Meadowlane.

                         32.  Entering Franklin Street from Carmi Court.”

            This Ordinance was presented, passed and approved this 21st day of August, 1995, by “Yea” and “Nay” votes wherein all Trustees, six (6) in number, voting “Yea” and none voting “Nay” and shall take effect ten (10) days after same is published in the The News Record of Cerro Gordo, a newspaper located in Piatt County, Illinois.

            THIS ORDINANCE WAS PRESENTED, APPROVED AND PASSED this 21st day of August, 1995.
