ORDINANCE #426

 

 

            Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Cerro Gordo as follows:

            That Paragraph 8.203 Yield Signs, of Article 2 Traffic and Parking of Chapter 8 Public Safety is hereby amended by adding the 4. and 5. to said Paragraph 8.203 Yield Signs as follows:      4.  Entering Bell Street from Carter Street.        5.  Entering Bell Street from Crea Street.

            This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its presentation, passage, approval, and publication, all as provided by law.

            This Ordinance was presented, passed and approved this 3rd day of June, 1996 by aye and nay votes wherein 4 Trustees were present and the vote was 4 ayes and 0 nays.
